SUMMARY:February 2020 Sandia BMW Tech Session and Annual Membership Meeting
DESCRIPTION:There will be a NM BMW CCA Sandia BMW Tech Session and Annual Membership Meeting on Thursday\, February 13\, 2020 at 6:00 pm at Sandía BMW\, 6001 Pan American Fwy. NE\, Albuquerque. Join us for a presentation by Sandia BMW Service Director Chad Fiebiger\, new Shop Foreman Drew Wolfe and a BMW Genius on hand to answer your questions. There will be lots to see and learn\, plus we will have plenty of pizza! \nThe focus of Thursday’s session will be advances in new BMW technology. The biggest changes going on right now with BMW are not limited to new engines or hybrid and electric technology\, but rather with the way the owner interacts with the vehicle\, and how the vehicle interacts with the dealer and BMW NA. They will have a BMW Genius present some of these new technologies\, explain a little about them\, how they benefit you the owner\, answer questions\, and talk about other advancements coming in the very near future. \nChad will also have a few of the new models in the shop and up on the rack for the club to interact with and get a good look at – he anticipates having at least a Z4\, X7\, M2\, and possibly M8 for this session. Of course\, these are some of BMW’s most sought-after vehicles\, so availability can always change on a moment’s notice if someone drives off with a shiny new acquisition. Don’t miss this opportunity to get hands-on before that happens! \nThis is also our Annual Meeting with elections for President\, Vice President\, Secretary\, Treasurer and Members at Large. Please consider serving on the Board of the New Mexico Chapter – we would welcome your voice and BMW passion in guiding our chapter through the new year!
