SUMMARY:Fun Rally and Albuquerque Isotopes at El Paso Chihuahuas Ballgame
DESCRIPTION:Baseball\, fireworks and a Fun Rally. Join the BMW Car Club of America New Mexico Chapter Saturday\, August 6\, 2022 in El Paso for the game between the Albuquerque Isotopes and El Paso Chihuahuas. Bring the family!\n          \nWe will meet at the Deadbeach Brewery\, 406 S. Durango Street in downtown El Paso at 4 pm before the game to enjoy some craft beer\, smoked meats and score the Fun Rally. The Brewery is just a few blocks from the stadium\, so we’ll be there by 6:30 pm for the ballgame. \nWe have a special rate of $109 at the Courtyard El Paso Downtown by Marriott\, which is across the street from the ballpark for anyone wanting to spend the night. The hotel has an attached covered parking garage (for guests only). Parking is self park or valet at an additional charge. \nTo get the BMW CCA rate at the hotel\, contact JoAn De Jesus at 915-342-1405 or joan.dejesus@hilton.com (She is sales manager for both the Doubletree and Courtyard). \nThe Fun Rally is in two parts. (Download the directions for the Fun Rally) The first part is a leisurely drive from the Plaza at Old Mesilla to El Paso. It takes about two hours. (Download Part 1 Questions) The second part is a walk through Downtown El Paso from San Jacinto Plaza to the Deadbeach Brewery\, a little over a half mile. It will take about a half hour. (Download Part 2 Questions) You can do either part any time. You don’t need to do both if you don’t want to. Run it whenever you want. \nTickets to the game will be $40 (or less) each. RSVP for baseball tickets to bobstorch@gmail.com by August 1st. \nSunday morning we will meet for breakfast and tour the War Eagles Air Museum of vintage airplanes and cars in Santa Teresa. \nSee Y’all at the game!
